Full fit out of 596 Dublin City Centre Apartments
Consisting of 596 no of 1- and 2-bed apartments, spread across 6 blocks, Vardis Interiors took on this huge development in Dublin south city centre location. Providing a full fit out, including furniture, accessories and blinds, each apartment receiving the same level of consideration and care.

With 76,000sq ft of retail and Amenity space, Vardis Interiors were tasked with fitting out a gym, a café, a business centre, a games room, and an upstairs lounge/dining area. The goal was to create a sense of community amongst the tenants and to make sure it stood out in the BTR market. With a custom putting green, top of the line coffee machine, pool table and video games area, there are plenty of ways to socialise in the spaces. The bespoke artwork was created as a nod to the neighbouring Guinness storehouse.

Construction, fit out and interior design of a 193 Student accommodation in Dublin City Centre
Vardis Construction recently completed a 193-bed student accommodation in Dublin north city centre. Vardis Interiors provided the furniture and blinds for each unit and Vardis Cleaning ensured all spaces were sparkling clean prior to students moving in. The development also includes a Amenity area, where Vardis interiors provided furniture, bespoke artwork and gym equipment.

Residential Fit Out of 4 Bedroom House
Vardis Interiors provided a complete fit-out of furniture and accessories for this 4-bed new build in south Dublin. Bespoke joinery was created in the living room and custom headboards added a luxurious touch in the bedrooms for this show house. Vardis Cleaning provided the final sparkle clean prior to property viewings.

With the fit-out of 307 no of 1-/2- and 3-bed apartments in Dundrum, South Dublin, Vardis Interiors created a scheme inspired by the developments lovely green surroundings and stunning views over Dublin. The consideration put in to the design and selection of furniture to suit the spaces really comes through in the final result.

Vardis also provided the design and fit-out of the residential amenities in Green Acre Grange, which included a cinema room, gym, meeting room, lounge area, kitchen with top of the line coffee machine, kids play room and games area. The aim was to allow tenants to come together and socialise in the various spaces, whether it be over a game of foosball or just a coffee and a chat.

The complete fit out of the Amenity area in Lime St included a gym, a lounge area, games room and cinema room. As a collaboration project with Saul Design we created a cool, contemporary space with a very relaxing atmosphere.

Fit-out of 220 PRS apartments, amenity areas and on-site property management services
Vardis completed the fit-out of 220 apartments in South Dublin. The residents’ amenities are in the original church which has been extensively refurbished making the amenity space unique compared to anything else currently in the market and features gym, media room and common areas. Full property management services were also provided including on-site concierge and cleaning.

Fit-out of 142 PRS apartments, amenity areas and on-site property management services
Vardis completed the fit out of 142 high-spec apartments and amenity areas in this development located just off Wyckham Way and close to Dundrum Town Centre. With a design acutely sensitive to its setting yet in keeping with the area, Walled Garden brings this superbly located site into the 21st century. Full property management services were also provided including on-site concierge and cleaning.

Residential fit-out of 56 high-end boutique apartments in the heart of Silicon Docks
The development includes 1,2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished apartments together with a limited offering of duplex units and magnificent penthouses with views over Pearse Park and the docklands areas. The 1-bedroom units are approx. 56 sqm, the 2 bed units range between 81 sqm and 109 sqm, and the three bed units range between 111 sqm and 132 sqm. Each apartment was fitted out to a very high standard.
